Fulham is a industry leader in ballasts, don't cut corners with a cheap ballast, you will be sorry if you do. Buy a Fulham, install it and take your profits to the bank knowing it's not going to come back and bite you in the rear a short time later. Yea you can install a knock-off and "save" a $10 spot, but when it fails a few months later your so called savings quickly becomes a major loss of profits and a unhappy end user who may not call you back the next time.
