the device came without a package, with some rust, one of the plastic covers was off but in the envelope, the white plastic piece was discolored as if has been in the sun. The device did not appear new. I quested bulbdepot and they said it does not have a package and was in a bulk box sent by the manuf. all in all the device worked, just seemed like it was used to me.
